“Creating images held close to the heart.”

To show the world its inner beauty and how we are connected to the elements has been a lifetime mission for Terry. We resonate to the world we live in, our geography, the sky, the wind, the trees, its shapes, lines and colours. Natures balance is an expression of our yearning to return to a state of peace and harmony. Terry endeavors to craft imagery to that direction.

Terry is inspired by all that nature has to offer us, seeing its many aspects as a reflection of ourselves. Nature draws us back to our true self. His visual expressions are an attempt to connect humans to the world around them so they may consider their sacred relationship with all and the everything.

During his artistic career he has been creating fine art, primarily in the beauty of central Ontario. He is a recipient of the Master Arts with the Professional Photographers of Canada. For many years now he has been a National judge with the PPOC. In 2023, he had the good fortune to a member of Team Canada’s World Photographic Cup.  In addition, he has received many photography awards including Canada’s Portrait Photographer of the Year. During the last 16 years he has been teaching our future visual artists at Georgian College.  Terry lives and works out of his home in Muskoka.
